i found the location fantastic, so close to covent garden. the staff was attentive and helpful. the building felt new, everything worked, and i found things easily. i will definitely return when i am in town.

i encountered an issue when i couldn't lower the room temperature. the in-room control did not work, and opening windows wasn't an option, so it became uncomfortably warm.

the hotel is a short walk from covent garden. the surrounding streets had a good atmosphere. accessing local cafes each day for breakfast was easy. the hotel is central to many attractions.

I was so excited for my stay. the location seemed perfect, but my room was far from ideal. it was much smaller than i expected, almost cramped. the bathroom felt similarly small, it was hard to move around comfortably. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
